VJ2 Terms & Conditions for Philippine Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you") and VJ2 ("we," "us," "the platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on VJ2, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

VJ2 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of significant changes through the platform or by email.

2. Eligibility

To register and use VJ2, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by VJ2.

VJ2 will conduct age and identity verification as part of the registration and KYC process. If verification fails or cannot be completed, your account access may be restricted until the process is resolved.

3. Account Registration and Responsibility

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, different name, or via another device or IP address — is a violation of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform. Providing false information, including misrepresenting your age or identity, is grounds for immediate account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. VJ2 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own disclosure or negligence.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on VJ2 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). VJ2 supports deposits and withdrawals through Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets. • Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful verification by the payment processor.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may require KYC documents before processing.
• VJ2 does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards, or any foreign currency as a payment method for deposits or wagering.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed by our finance team. Requests that appear irregular or inconsistent with your account history may be subject to additional review.
• VJ2 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All content on VJ2 — including but not limited to the logo, design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the property of VJ2 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any VJ2 content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

VJ2 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. VJ2 will not be liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking partners.
• Losses resulting from a player's own decisions, including betting outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, VJ2's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

12. Amendments and Governing Law
